The practice continues to follow cautious infection-control protocols, which it describes in detail on its current website. In short:
- Window exhaust ventilation in each treatment room, creating a negative-pressure environment
- UV-C/HEPA filtration and window ventilation in the hygiene rooms
- HEPA filters (MERV 13 and 15) in the main ventilation unit and in portable germicidal units
- Clinicians wear 95-type respirators where appropriate, and surgical masks are available if you share the reception area for more than five minutes
- EPA-certified disinfectant used throughout the office

An East Bay native, Dr. Farley earned a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from UC Berkeley (1981) and his DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, now the Dugoni School, in 1985. He established his Dublin practice that August. He has more than a thousand hours of continuing education in restorative, esthetic, oral surgery, endodontic, orthodontic and pediatric dentistry, and by the practice's count has placed more than 20,000 restorations.
